Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders that reach or exceed the amount of 50 francs. Orders below this threshold will be charged a shipping fee, which will be calculated during the checkout process.
Delivery Times.
- Orders placed by 2:00 p.m.: If you order by 2:00 p.m. and the products you have chosen are in stock, your package will be shipped the same day and you will receive it as early as the following day. This fast service is valid Monday through Friday.
- Non-stock items: For items that are not immediately in stock, delivery time may extend up to 1 week. We will keep you informed about the status of your order and estimated delivery time.
Shipping Methods.
Our shipments are made in partnership with La Posta and DPD, two of the leading couriers in Switzerland, ensuring reliable and traceable service. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping method based on availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number provided by your chosen courier. You will be able to track the status of your shipment at all times until delivery.

- Shipping takes place only on business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
